Safety Policies

Let’s stay safe and have fun!

Your Safety is Our Number One Concern

At AlllThrills, the safety of our customers is our top priority. Given the wide age range of participants, both AlllThrills and the State of Colorado believe it’s best to separate smaller jumpers from larger ones. Therefore, we have designated areas for jumpers aged seven and under, as well as a Toddler Town for those five and under.

Please note, if you have any medical conditions (such as pregnancy or back problems), you are NOT permitted on the trampolines. Additionally, individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol are NOT allowed on the trampolines.

Rules for Everyone

  • A signed waiver by a parent or legal guardian (18 years or older) is required for all participants under 18. Siblings or friends who are 18 cannot sign for another minor.

  • No outside food or drink is allowed.

  • Everyone must wear socks, either their own or grip socks purchased at the counter.

  • Everyone on the trampoline must wear a wristband. Parents cannot accompany their children on the trampolines without a wristband.

  • No running is permitted.

  • No personal items (cell phones, purses, watches, etc.) are allowed on the trampolines. We are not liable for lost items.

  • Stunt airbags are only for those using the rock climbing wall and jumping from the trampoline area. They are not for general play.

  • For your safety, do not sit or lie down on the trampolines or trampoline pads at any time.

  • Walkways must remain clear, and parents must stay in designated areas.

  • Do not run up slides.

  • Do not wear or bring anything that can damage the trampolines, such as chewing gum, back pocket buttons on jeans, watches, or sharp accessories.

  • All participants must be at least 50" tall to attempt lanes with hard obstacles and at least 40" tall to attempt lanes with easy obstacles on the Ninja Course.

Rules for guests (ages 4 and under)

  • Children aged 4 and under must stay in the designated trampoline courts if jumping alone. They may use the main court when accompanied by a participant aged 18 or older who also has a wristband.

  • Jumpers aged 2 and under are required to jump with an adult at all times for their safety. While it is not required, we highly recommend that jumpers aged 3-4 also be accompanied by an adult.
