How it works

  • Parties and guests will arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time of the party. We will have gift crates available for present drops.

  • Your assigned party host will spend those 15 minutes checking in all guests so the party can start right on time.

  • Your assigned party host will show you to your designated party spot once everyone is checked in.

  • After each guest is checked in, they’re free to drop their belongings at the party spot, and hit the attractions with their host.

  • Finally, clean up starts 15 minutes prior to the party’s end time.

Birthday FAQ’s

  • If you cancel your booking at least 72 hours before your check-in time, you are eligible for a full refund.

    Refunds for cancellations within 72 hours of check-in time are considered on a case-by-case basis.

    You can reschedule your party up to 3 hours before check-in time without any penalty.

  • We ask that you show up no more than 15 minutes early for your party. This ensures that we have your room set up and your party host ready to go!

  • Additional jumpers can be added according to the following pricing:

    • Classic Package: Suitable for 8 to 12 jumpers. Each additional jumper costs $25.

    • Deluxe Package: Suitable for 10 to 20 jumpers. Each additional jumper costs $30.

    • Elite Package: Suitable for 10 to 50 jumpers. Each additional jumper costs $40."

  • The table space accommodates the maximum number of participants for our parties. Adding extra jumpers incurs the same per-jumper charge, but may limit available table space for all participants to sit together. If table space isn't a concern, you can exceed the maximum number of jumpers. For groups of 20-50 jumpers, consider our private buyout options!

  • We offer several options for your convenience! For a classic party, a minimum of 8 jumpers is required. If fewer than 8 attendees show up, we'll provide jump passes for those absent, which can be used on another day. For example, if only 6 show up, you'll receive 2 passes for future use. This option is also available for Deluxe parties, but not for Elite parties. Alternatively, you can opt for a Family 4 Pack or book jump sessions individually.

  • Yes! All your party guests will enjoy unlimited access to all our attractions, except the arcade. Individual arcade cards can be purchased at our kiosks, or you can buy arcade cards for your entire party in advance. Admission includes access to all other attractions.

  • Yes! Here are our prices for pizzas ordered individually:

    - Pepperoni Pizza: $16.00

    - Cheese Pizza: $15.00

    - Sausage Pizza: $16.00

    - Meat Combo Pizza: $16.00

  • No, party package totals are based on guests who plan to use the attractions. Typically, we check in children unless an adult/parent indicates they will be participating in jumping activities. We encourage everyone to spend time with our guest of honor, whether actively participating or cheering from the sidelines!

  • Yes. Birthday kids are included in the party size count. Parents of our guests of honor are not included in this count.

  • Yes. Our Elite package includes a private party room, whereas our Classic and Deluxe packages do not. If you opt for a package other than Elite and do not reserve a room, we will set you up at the back tables.

  • Due to high demand for parties, we are unable to extend party times beyond the booked duration at AllThrills, as many others are also celebrating with us. We will do our best to accommodate your needs within the allotted time.

    During your 2-hour booking, you are welcome to enjoy the park as much as you like. Requests for additional time will be handled on a case-by-case basis. After your party concludes, you can purchase standard jump time if you wish to continue your visit.

  • A "Classic" package with the minimum of 8 jumpers is $200.

  • We welcome guests to bring cakes, ice cream, bottled water, and fruit and veggie trays. For the safety of all visitors, we cannot accept additional outside food options. Please also refrain from bringing items containing peanuts or peanut oil. Uncertain about what you plan to bring? Feel free to give us a call!

    Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises. Failure to comply will result in removal from the facility and potential ban.

  • Yes. If you have a Deluxe or Elite package, we will supply plates, napkins, tablecloths, cups, and utensils. The Classic package, which does not include food, does not come with these items. If you're hosting a Classic party and bringing your own food (please refer to our outside food policy above), please plan to bring your own tableware.

  • If you have a Deluxe or Elite package, we will provide a tablecloth for your party. Additionally, we offer balloons for an extra fee ($20 for 10 balloons). You are welcome to bring your own decorations if desired, with the exception of piñatas, silly string, or glitter, which are not permitted.

  • You can choose from cheese, pepperoni, sausage, and combination pizzas. We also serve chicken wings, nachos, churros, ICEEs, and more! Explore our full food and drink menu.

    Pitchers can be filled with beverages from our fountain selection, featuring Coke products: Coke, Diet Coke, Dr. Pepper, Sprite, Barqs Root Beer, Lemonade, and Hi-C Fruit Punch. We also offer Capri Sun boxes as an alternative.

  • There's no age limit to celebrate a birthday with us! We recommend that all guests be able to jump on the trampolines (for maximum fun)!

  • No. At this time, we do not offer cake services.
